Softlink.ai provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for creating landing pages, managing courses, lead generation, booking systems, and AI agents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for spam or fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softlink.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
